Odysail is an online marketplace that connects sailors with sailing schools and course providers. We facilitate the discovery, booking, and payment for sailing courses and experiences. Odysail acts as an intermediary and is not the provider of sailing instruction.
3. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.
4. Bookings & Payments
When you book a course through Odysail, you enter into a contract with the sailing school. Odysail processes payments on behalf of schools. Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual schools and displayed at the time of booking.
5. Reviews
Users may submit reviews of sailing schools and courses. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experience, and not contain offensive, defamatory, or fraudulent content. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.
6. School Obligations
Sailing schools listed on Odysail are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, delivery of courses as described, compliance with local regulations, and maintaining appropriate insurance and certifications.
7. Limitation of Liability
Odysail is a marketplace platform and does not provide sailing instruction directly. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or delivery of courses provided by schools. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Odysail, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Odysail or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
